ramblings of the coolest person you will ever know. kind of. sort of. not really.

the time i was tired and didn’t want to bother developing a better title

this post initially started off with just reading “an entry … tomorrow … i swear.” but somehow i ended up giving in and writing a bit more.

what an interesting week it has been … the first three days back to work last week were busy and all sorts of crazy. on friday morning i was promoted! woot woot! a bit expected and a bit unexpected. i knew it had been in the works for a while now but i wasn’t expecting it to happen right after we returned from the holiday break. there’s a terribly funny story to go with all of this but it can’t be told yet because it’s not done.

other than that i suppose most of my time has just been spent working. getting back into the swing of things has been crazy. it has been nonstop, especially these last two or three days. my goal is to be done with two big items on my to-do list tomorrow and then i’ll be a boatload less stressed out. i didn’t end up leaving work today until 8:30ish. all my own doing though, i’ve determined that even though i have the laptop now i just can’t get work done when i’m not sitting behind a desk. i guess i’m going to have get a desk for home now.

so yeah, on my way home on the bus today there was this guy eating pizza. i don’t understand why people are okay with eating on the bus or on the train. it’s kind of gross. first of all, who wants to eat in a public place where people are just sitting there staring at you. and secondly, what kind of environment is that to eat in. i only like to eat when i can sit down and enjoy the meal. i would never eat in route to somewhere. it’s just so weird.

that is all.
